Having over 20 years of experience in IT department administration, project and change management before founding Alpha Tor, Joseph Lovell worked for two of the worlds largest computer manufacturers. As a result, he has overseen up to 25 full time direct reports while managing an IT computing department and contractual management of over 60 contractors as part of the a global operations project management office.

With a certificate in advanced project management from Rice University and a PMI membership Joseph has been a project manager and team leader on numerous domestic and international projects.

In addition to being co-founder at Alpha Tor, F. Michael Aronson, MBA has over 30 years of experience as Senior Financial Professional. Michael brings a combination of "can do" and "big picture view with detail observation" attitude to his projects.  He has worked with prestigious firms in London, Dallas, New York, and Houston.

His knowledge includes extensive forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, business analysis, SOX, and accounting while employing multiple level financial software including SAP and proprietary software. Michael has been an operational project manager for ERP implementations. He also has Accounting and Financial Project Management experience.
